Vanessa and Craig climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to raise funds for for Kiraracha Primary School, in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.


In September 2010, Matt and Joe Gibbs trekked 41 kilometres along the Hadrian's Wall from Lanercost Priory to Broccolitia Roman Fort to raise funds for You Touch Africa.


Fr. Arbo Lekule undertook a 60 mile sponsored cycle rideto raise money for Kiraracha Primary School in the village in which he was born.



Jenny Fernandez undertook a climb of Mount Kilimanjaro to pay for a cooking area at Kimanganuni Primary School at which she was a volunteer. The school is in a poor area of the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.
The children and teachers of St. Joseph's School staged a successful 'Hairy Christmas' fundraising event. More photographs.
Julia Reynders raised funds for You Touch Africa by successfully running the 2008 London Marathon! The money was used to repair the roof of Makomu Primary School, Tanzania.
St Luke's Sixth Form College, kindly donated textbooks and lab equipment for an African school.
St. Luke's Sixth Form College, through the initiative of Loraine Shakesheff, were very successful in raising over £2,000 at their Summer Fair to assist a Vocational Training School in Africa.
